Possibly the best customer service I've experienced from an internet store of any kind. I had a problem with an on line purchase and a phone in brought me HUMAN CONTACT that could communicate in ENGLISH!! Although the order was in a bit of a technical snafu, the store's rep had me hang up while they worked on the problem for a half hour or so, then called me and we ran through the process together, and all went well.

Just to update this great muzzle brake:
Recoil was reduced so much, it felt like I was shooting my son’s AK-47 instead of a Saiga .308.
One of our young soldiers on leave was shooting an AR-15 in the lane next to me.
When he saw the 40 rounds I had put into a 3–inch target dot, he asked what kind of weapon it was.
I explained it was a Saiga .308. He said, “I would like something like that in Iraq!”
